I have uploaded the NEW Rate Cards below which incorporate the new VPDMS Rate Increases, and decrease on the Full Color One Sided Product.  Here are some key facts to remember moving forward:

Two Color Products are no longer available starting with the September Job.  Old Two Color programs sold will be grandfathered through December 2011.  Valpak is upgrading all Two Color Ads to Full Color Ads if the client was eligible for the prior Stimulus Program.

Stimulus Program are NO LONGER AVAILABLE.  ALL clients sold, and currently on the Stimulus program are grandfathered through December 2011.

All rates cards below have been updated as of August 16, 2010.

Below is the One Panel Rate Card setup where Print & Hold is Required.  If a client is not on Print & Hold they must be assessed $30 per NTA, Per Mailing in order to maintain Full Commission status.  This Rate Card starts at a Partial Six (6) or P6 and above.  If a client wants only a P4 you must add $50 to the Twelve Time Rate, $100 to the twelve time rate if they want to run less than four (4) times to maintain Full Commission Status.  This Rate Card has also been set up to show the cost per NTA and the FULL AMOUNT balded to the right.

Provided below is a One Panel Rate Card that does not require for a Client to be on Print & Hold.  This Rate also has the Four (4) Time Program, P4 listed out.  This Rate Card has the CPM (Cost Per Thousand) listed for each selection with the Full Amount shown to the right.  Both One Panel Rate Cards come out to the same total when applied correctly. Selling off either Rate will result in a reduction to your established Commission rate.

Below is the Two Panel Rate Card.  Print & Hold is NOT required on this rate card and the Partial Four (P4) is also listed.  The Cost Per NTA is shown for each selection with the Full Amount per mailing shown to the right.

Below is the Cardstock Rate Card.  Print & Hold is NOT required on this rate card and the Partial Four (P4) is also listed.  The Cost Per NTA is shown for each selection with the Full Amount per mailing shown to the right.

Below is the Magnet Rate Card.  Print & Hold is NOT required on this rate card and the Partial Four (P4) is also listed.  The Cost Per NTA is shown for each selection with the Full Amount per mailing shown to the right.

This Rate also includes the extra fees assessed by our production house when additional services are required outside of what is provided in the Rate Cards.  Additional fees should be added to the clients totals, with approval, and paid for by the client.  However, if this process does not take place they will be liquidated from or through one's commission totals for said client.

Below is the OPC Rate Card for both standard and Food Clients.  This card replaces the Food Formula Rate Card and incorporates both that card and the old OPC Rate requirement into one Card. 

When using this card VPNH will deduct the total shown for each quantity before calculating your commission.  If you provide more of a discount then what is shown your commissions will be adversely affected.  If you assess a fee greater than what is shown you will receive additional commission over and above what you have earned for the first area.

OPC can be used for ONE Additional Area ONLY.

Effective with the September 2010 Mail Date, all TMC programs must be sold at the published rate.  Any TMC Program sold under the published rate will result in a commission reduction equal to the percentage drop in retail price.

Linked below is Valpak of NH's Solo Rate Card.  All Solo Products are Two (2) Sided, Full Color Processing, High Gloss on Card-stock.  The Rate Cards show the fees for both Saturation and Targeted Mailings.  It is key to note that the rates quoted for Targeted are not fixed.  The cost structure can and will change best on the complexity & quality of your client's required list.  Please contact the Londonderry Office for an official or final quote on Targeted Solo Mail.

All Rates are subject to change in accordance with any rate increases announced or implemented by the United States Postal Service. 

All Rates are set on a 10% Commission scale off total retail, to include postage and list if the cost remain constant on both.
