2010 SALES BOOK
The 2010 Sales Book was put together by Mechelle Lord and Gerry McGrath in order to provide you a quick snap shot reference of some of the more common issues or procedures that come up on a day to day or moth to month basis. It is not meant, nor does it replace the policy and procedures manual but is merely meant to accent it and provide our employees with a quick view of the answers to the most common questions that are presented to management.New Update (June 10, 2010):
HOW TO ACCOUNT FOR PRINT & HOLDS:
- Print & Holds are extremely important in
order to build your base to a level where you can achieve a six figure income
and, at the same time, be able to manage it. When you sell a Print & Hold your
are allowed to use the total print run pricing shown on the rate
card.
For example: when you sell a 10M on a P&H you go to
the 20M section of the Standard Rate Card for whatever program you sold. DO NOT offer any discounts in addition to that or quote anything that is OFF Rate
card.
Any situation that does arise
requiring you need to offer something off rate must be approved by Mechell
before it is submitted to the office for processing. This WILL have an impact on your commission
rate.
