AGREEMENTS & PROGRAMS
It is very important to note that what is stated on an Agreement is contractual
and cannot be changed. If you sign a client to a Annual Program (12X) but
state on the agreement that they may cancel after 2X if they are not receiving
the appropriate ROI, then it is a 2X agreement and not a annual or 12X
agreement and will be entered and commissioned as such.
SKIPPING ON A PROGRAM
ANNUAL
PROGRAMS: A client cannot skip on a Annual
Program. If this happens the contract / agreement has been breached and
is NO LONGER Valid. A new agreement is needed to replace the old one and
a $100 fee will ensue. This can happen only once before full
consideration is assessed. This amount can be waived if they sign a new
Annual Agreement but said agreement must be completed.
PARTIAL
PROGRAMS: if a Client signs onto a 6X program
and does not state they certain mail dates on the agreement that they will be
skipping but do, the contract / agreement is breached an is NO LONGER
valid. A new agreement is needed to replace the old one. No
assessment will take place providing the new agreement does not extend beyond
12 months from the original.
CONSIDERATION
FEES: All fees / investments are
set at a particular margin that VPNH must achieve. This margin is lowered
in lieu of frequency. When a client takes advantage of a lower rate for
his / her commitment to frequency then cancels they are responsible to make
restitution on the consideration extended to them but not earned. The
agreement calls for $100 per NTA per mailing that took place. VPNH will
normally reduce this on Partials or waive it on annuals if the client has completed and paid for a minimum of six mailings off their annual agreement. A client's account
will be debited for the consideration amount and you will see this on your
commission report; only the commission percentage of the consideration
assessment you were given on the account. So if the client is assessed $100 and you are reeving 18% on the account, your commission report would show a negative $18.
PRODUCT or AREAS:
You may provide VPNH an email or letter from the client to amend an agreement
in place to change areas and/or the product they are running on. A product cannot be changed once entered or
on the 2nd half of a Print & Hold.
