This report provides you with the various Deadlines Dates, along with Job Numbers, Mail Dates and Estimated In-Home Dates for all the markets listed above for Fiscal Year 2011.  These dates and / or markets are subject to change, albeit rarely, so it is important to check with your Marketing Consultant for verification.

NTA SUMMARY REPORT - This report provides you with a breakdown of how many homes or residential addresses are being mailed for each city or town listed within each NTA.  Please keep in mind that although a city, town or zip code is listed Valpak of NH may not be covering it entirely within that one NTA.  Those cities, towns or zips stated on this report and others could be split up, or we may be using only a portion of the zip code within the NTA shown.  This report provides you a Summary Breakdown.  A Detailed Report is provided below showing you the quantity of every Carrier & Rural Route mailed within every NTA.  Demograics at the C/R & R/R level are also shown.

NTA DETAIL DEMOGRAPHIC REPORT - This report provides you with a detail breakdown of every NTA down to the Carrier & Rural Route Level. Every CR & RR being mailed by Valpak of NH, Inc. are listed and the different segments of them shown.  Also shown a number of demographics for each of those line items.

3602's U.S.P.S. PROOF OF MAILING - An official from the United States Post Office holds a physical office in our Production Facility.  He is responsible to validate the shipment of every envelope leaving the Valpak Production facility.  This official validates that each NTA has 10,000 envelopes being mailed out from the facility to the DDU destination tagged to the NTA.  A DDU, Direct Delivery Unit is your local Post Office.

The shipment of our Envelopes from FL to NH takes approximately 48 hours.  They leave our shipping docks and are trucked directly to each SCF who handles the zip codes under any one NTA.  The SCF, one distribution level above the DDU's receives our mail directly.  As the Valpak Envelope are Bar-Coded, unlike any other Direct Mail Promotional piece in America, it is able to be processed through their electronic machines thus allowing our envelopes to be mixed in directly with every other piece of 1st class mail the consumers receive. ALL promotional mail you receive is 3rd Class bulk so if it is not bar coded like Valpak's envelopes, which it is not, the Post Office has no responsibility when it falls off the crates, pallets or simply goes missing.  One more reason why Valpak is the Right Choice For Your Business!
